This beautifully restored Edwardian gatehouse boasts elegance, comfort and quality in abundance. An idyllic retreat for families and friends looking to make the most of town and country.

Located in the estate village of Hotham in the Yorkshire Wolds, this cottage has great access to a superb country estate with many acres of traditional English parkland. Don your walking boots or hop on your bikes and explore the locale at your own pace. 1 mile away, North Cave Wetlands nature reserve has six lakes and is a lovely place to spot local wildlife. In Hotham village, the Hotham Arms pub sits less than half a mile away from the property. The nearby historic town of Beverley (11 miles) has an extensive range of eateries and must-see attractions, including Beverley North Bar and Beverley Minster.


Inside the property, you will first come to the light and bright lounge. Enjoying contemporary themes with traditional nuances throughout, the lounge is no exception.
