You can also sit back in the inviting snug, which is the perfect spot to enjoy a movie on the Smart TV or curl up in front of the wood burner with a good book. There is also a ground-floor WC. Exploring the ground floor further, there's a beautifully decorated twin bedroom, which can be made up as super king-size on request. This bedroom, which overlooks the railway line, features an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Heading up to the first floor, you will find a snug landing with comfortable seating, and two further bedrooms. The first bedroom has a super king-size bed and an en-suite shower room complete with shower and WC. The final bedroom overlooks the railway line and also features a super king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with a freestanding bath and separate walk-in shower. All three bedrooms come with a fabulous array of little extras and luxuries including Sky Q TV, underfloor heating and a range of complimentary gifts.

Heading out into the large and fully enclosed private garden you will find a sizeable lawn, stone terraces, a BBQ and a hot tub. There are several seating areas allowing you to enjoy the sun, and the summer house stores plenty of outdoor crockery, glassware and a water cooler, as well as a choice of garden games including croquet.
