One of a pair of former Edwardian gatehouses, this pretty cottage has been lovingly restored to offer charming accommodation for a family or couple and is set in a lovely spot in the Yorkshire Wolds.

Set beside a grand country estate with acres of parkland to explore, the picturesque village of Hotham features an excellent pub and a great farm shop with its own cafe. The beautiful and thriving market town of Beverley (10.5 miles) offers a host of pubs, restaurants and independent shops, as well as historic sites including Beverley Minster, or you could head to Beverley Racecourse for a day at the races. Beyond the town, are the glorious Yorkshire Wolds, a range of low-rolling hills leading from the Humber to Flamborough Head, offering plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling. The bustling cities of York (26 miles) and Hull (17 miles) are also within easy reach.

This a lovely cottage finished to a high standard and in a very relaxing setting. It has many good places not far away to visit and would recommend Beverley as a great town to while away a day. The cottage itself is set near some lovely walks to relax after a busy day, or explore further afield if you fancy it.
