The fishing village of Appledore is a short drive with its pretty quayside, restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and galleries. Nearby are a wealth of famous beaches and attractions that include Instow, Saunton Sands, Woolacombe, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, the cobbled streets of Clovelly, Dartington Crystal, Lundy Island and many, many more.

Stepping down a few steps and entering the accommodation, you are greeted by a stylish kitchen/diner - perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites and is well-equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer, a dining table makes for a great spot to plan your adventures over a quick snack or formal meal. Walking through the kitchen/diner into a spacious hallway the large lounge is on your left enjoying stunning far reaching sea views, here you can relax on the comfy sofa, or snuggle up in the armchair while watching your favourite programme on the TV/DVD. From the hall you will enter the immaculate and spacious bedrooms one king-size which also has fabulous sea views, and an en-suite shower, WC and underfloor heating. Venturing outside you have an enclosed courtyard garden with garden furniture and gas BBQ. A gateway leads from the road directly into the rear courtyard, ideal for your four-legged friends to wash off the sand from their paws. There are also shared grounds around the apartment, and you are just a short walk into the heart of the town with its sandy beach and outside spaces. Allocated off road parking in car park adjacent.

This is a beautifully fitted out apartment and has a calm, luxurious feel to it. The rooms are spacious, which helped with my husband when he needed to be in the wheelchair. Although there are some steps down to the property, we were able to use a different gate accessed by a ramp: this led directly on to a road, but we found drivers very accommodaRead moreting while we were dealing with loading and unloading the chair. The apartment is very modern and well equipped. It's in a great location too, with the beach and restaurants etc only a couple of minutes walk away.
