This delightful purpose developed cottage nestles in a quiet courtyard setting, has been lovingly furnished and boasts exposed beams throughout, and is perfectly placed for touring the whole of Cornwall.

Take time to explore both coastlines from the rugged north shore to the picturesque south, with its ancient harbours and coves. Step out to the picturesque South West Coastal Path or within a short drive you will find many fine sandy beaches that adorn the coastline, including the ever popular Fistral, Crantock, Holywell Bay and Perranporth, boasting quaint shops, ice cream parlours, fine restaurants and traditional inns, many with stunning sea views. Other attractions and places of interest included the cathedral city of Truro, Lappa Valley Steam Railway, Screech Owl Sanctuary, Oasis Fun Pool, Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project and a selection of National Trust properties and gardens.

Step inside this charming property and you will firstly discover the delightful cosy lounge with comfortable reclining sofas in front of a Smart TV/DVD and a lovely coal effect gas fire, providing a great place to relax after a day exploring. The accommodation then leads through to the final room on the ground floor, a fantastically light and bright conservatory/dining room which overlooks the garden and boasts a door to outside meaning that you can dine alfresco with ease in warmer weather, this provides a perfect space for a relaxed family meal. Heading up the stairs to the first floor you will find the pretty bedrooms, these comprise of an elegant king-size room with garden views and a delightful twin room. Completing the first floor is a shower room with shower and WC.

Venturing outside to the rear of the property you will find a large enclosed patio area with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ provided for your relaxation and enjoyment, further to this a large enclosed lawn that is perfect for exercising your four-legged friends. This property enjoys the added benefit of shared access to the site's main gardens that include a lake with seating and 10 acres of grounds, ideal for dog walking and spotting wildlife (please note the lake is deep and unfenced, children and dogs to be supervised at all times). There is off-road parking for two cars directly outside the property.

On arrival you could see that the property was exactly as pictured and described. We were warmly welcomed by owners Richard and Dawn who gave us a detailed tour of the property and grounds. A lovely touch was the homemade cake, cream teas, fresh eggs and bottle of wine, waiting for us. The property itself is beautiful both inside and out. Fabulous little cottage superbly equipped with caring owners living next door. Enclosed huge garden which is absolutely perfect for a dog. Home made delicious cakes on arrival! The only issue with our holiday was that we couldn't walk to the pub or shops safely as there are no pavements for a stretch of the busy road where the cottage is located anRead mored we ended up driving everywhere which we hadn't planned to do.
