The property is an unrivalled location in Westward Ho! for accessing both the beach which is literally a stones throw away, and the village is a short level walk away and offers a variety of restaurants, shops and cafes along with a surf school and the championship golf course; Royal North Devon. The wider (Bideford) Bay includes the nearby villages of Appledore & Instow – both a very short drive away and well worth a visit.

Enter this reverse-level property on the ground floor where you will find the four bedrooms, these include two king-size bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms with shower and WC. The further two bedrooms consist of super-king-size zip-and-link beds (which can be made up as a twin on request). Completing the ground floor is the bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find the lounge/kitchen with access to two balconies, one to the front of the property and one to the rear. Relax in the lounge area with 4k Smart TV, UHD Blu-ray player and Sonos speaker after a long day of exploring. Great location and well appointed property. Four adults and three labradors never felt crowded nor felt anything was missing. Fantastic beach on your doorstep and plenty to do in the immediate area.

A lovely location with views over the country park to the beach. Good walking right from the door (watch out for sheep and horses on the country park at certain times). Dogs allowed on the far end of the beach in summer (but plenty of space when the tides out!). Shops and pub (dog friendly) within walking distance. Very well equipped property with Read moreeverything we needed. Good showers. As the property is 'upside down' access to the garden from the house is through the bedrooms. Hide

Ideally located within walking distance to Westwood Ho! and all its amenities. Great place for families to enjoy beach, amusements, lots of places to eat in particular we enjoyed eating at The Pier a short stroll from main town, amazing views from terrace, excellent food and dog friendly. A lovely property in a quiet, residential part of Westward Ho! very close to perhaps the most beautiful beach I have ever visited. Both the balcony off the living area and the terrace off the kitchen enjoy the sun as does the enclosed garden. There are great views of the sunset from the balcony. Excellent property all round in a superb location. Fantastic walks for the dog, beautiful sandy beach for his run. All amenities just a short stroll. The Pier restaurant at the top of the town and the waterside inn are both dog friendly inside and out.

Jeff's Bay is in an ideal location and a luxury property. It has everything you could need, even when the weather is unpredictable! During a weeks stay we only used the car twice. Our 3 dogs were well catered for and I would definately stay here again.
