Located only 15 minutes from the beautiful Cardigan Bay, with its wealth of stunning sandy beaches and littered with quaint fishing villages and picturesque harbour towns such as Aberaeron and New Quay both offering an array of popular and well regarded restaurants, shops and pubs. A host of activities for the whole family are available a short drive from your doorstep in cluding the stunning National Trust property of Llanerchaeron, the medieval remains at Strata Florida Abbey, Llain activity centre, Fantasy Farm Park and Borth Animalarium to name but a few.

As you enter the property you will feel right at home, to your right you will see the cosy lounge area, the perfect spot to relax and talk about the days adventures, leading on from the lounge area you will enter the sun room, a relaxing place to unwind and read a book whilst enjoying the countryside views, heading back through the open plan lounge area you will reach the kitchen/dining area with added wood burner, a great social space to cook up a meal. Heading upstairs you will find three bedrooms all tastefully decorated, the first is the bunk bedroom followed by the shower room with WC, as you continue along the landing you will find the single bedroom and further king-size bedroom.

Outside you can enjoy your own private decking area and relax and unwind in your own private hot tub after a busy day exploring the local area, enjoy the countryside views from sunrise to sunset.

Leisure facilities: the farm offers a well maintained nature trail that meanders through the 65 acres taking in a variety of breeds of sheep, cows, pigs and chickens along the way. Shared utility room: is available onsite.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle then this is the cottage to stay in. A beautiful farm location with surrounding walks through the countryside,a barn with pizza oven and family games but most importantly a hot tub to bubble the stresses away! Was absolutely the best short break weve had, incredibly dog friendly which is brilliant & very clean, always a positive. Loved the dog bed that was there & dog treats. The hot tub was spotless & was checked every morning & topped up with chemicals etc & filters cleaned! The log burner was lovely & will be going back! I loved the fact there was no Read morelist of rules about the dogs etc which made it more relaxing & both of our fur babies thoroughly enjoyed themselves Hide

Amazing place. Cozy with everything you need. Loved every minute of it and will definitely be back. Not much close by but the peace and quite was just what we wanted. The hot tub was amazing to. We stayed in the grainery. Simply stunning.

Well where do I start... Granary Barn has got to be one of the most stunning cottages I've stayed in. Beautiful place, amazing hot tub, fire, lounge was super comfy, nice touch with the dog treats for our fur babies and toffee waffles for us. Beautiful walks around the area. Can't wait to go back there. We had such a lovely anniversary weekend.
