The property is located on the edge of the thriving village of Williton and is within walking distance of a range of shops, pubs and a bakery. Step back in time and aboard a steam train, conveniently located behind the main farmhouse is the West Somerset Railway, that takes you through the beautiful Somerset countryside. Head to the coast and visit Watchet with it’s pretty harbour, or the coastal town of Minehead, further along the coast are the attractive villages of Porlock, Lynmouth and Lynton. Dunster with its National Trust castle towering above it is a must see and is just a short drive, as is Exmoor National Park, perfect for those wishing to walk or cycle this awe-inspiring landscape.

Enter your private enclosed terrace with views over the shared landscaped gardens and Quantock Hills and step into the carefully crafted, light and airy property through the French doors. During the warmer months let the outside in or when it’s cooler curl up in front of the wood burner and watch the seasons change. Relax in the lounge area, with Smart TV, wood burner and cosy seating, the ideal spot to plan your next day’s activities. The kitchen area is fitted with everything you may need to prepare a meal or hearty breakfast including an electric oven and two-ring hob, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. When the day is done you can enjoy some stargazing through the Velux windows from the comfort of the cosy king-size bed in the sleeping area. Completing the accommodation is a stylish shower room with shower and WC where you can re-invigorate after a long day exploring.

Head outside the property into your private enclosed terrace and enjoy your morning coffee while planning the day ahead. You and your four-legged friends are very welcome to explore the owner’s 25 acres and enjoy an abundance of walks over the land and along the river bank, or stop off at a picnic bench and enjoy a picnic lunch. There is a shared utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is ample off-road parking found opposite the property, across the lane, in a disused farmyard, however you can drop off luggage easily.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

We found a gem in 'The Flower Room. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Decorated & furnished beautifully, very snug, warm & cosy. The bed was so comfortable. Hosts Louise & Edward extremely welcoming & helpful. Provided us with home grown tomatoes & cooking apples from the orchard to take home. Fantastic place for dogs with access to Read morefields and orchard. We will be returning in 2020. Highly recommend. Hide

Location is perfectly situated for access to local towns of: Bridgewater, Taunton and the seaside town of Minehead. In addition the Quantoc Hills and Exemoor are but a short distance away. Louise and Edward, the proprietors, are excellent hosts; couldn't be more friendly or helpful. If you are a train buff it is the ideal location with the West SomRead moreerset Railways Williton Station just behind the property. The property made for an extremely comfortable and relaxing holiday and the 25 acres made our dog very happy. Steam train enthusiasts are also happy with the West Somerset railway next door (no real noise problem). The area has many tourist attractions, we especially enjoyed Cleeve Abbey and the Watermill Museum at Bishops Lydeard (summer months onRead morely). We would recommend the Flower Room, it was very clean, well equipped, comfortable. value for money in a pleasant location on a farm. Located by Williton Station (steam and diesel trains for tourists). Edward and Louise, the owners very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely break at this cottage. It is literally right next to the steam train railway which you only hear every now and again. Our hosts couldnt do enough to make Our stay so relaxing. View from the cottage is so peaceful. You can walk the fields with horses and riders in the field next to you. A lovely little stream over the bridge in frontRead more of you. This is a lovely studio with everything you need to hand. The location is very special and a dogs paradise. The scenery is great as you wake up and look out I to 25 acres of the owners land where the dogs can run free. Fantastic place. The hosts are also fantastic and nothing too much bother for them.

Fantastic cottage, charming hosts and beautiful countryside,what more could you ask for. The cottage has everything you could ask for even to supplying washing up liquid,wiping up towels,scourers.toilet paper and waste bags,SUPERB! We received a warm welcome from the owners & they gave us helpful advice on places to visit/eat. The one room was very comfortable & suitable for the dogs. The dogs loved the grass & area outside & there are plenty of walks through the fields & beyond. The station for the West Somerset Railway is right next door. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place highly recommendable for dog owners and we had our 8 month old girl with us as well and supplied us with cot and hi char . Grate walks to the cost and village We also highly recommend going to Tarr Steps about a 35 minute drive but well worth it for the walk and pub 100% going back one day
