This stunning lodge-style cottage offers breath-taking cliff-top views from the balcony. It is just a short stroll from the village of Lynton making it a perfect destination for a relaxing holiday.

Situated within Exmoor National Park this cottage is perfectly situated for walkers wanting to tour this picturesque area. Many routes are available directly from the property, taking in stunning scenery such as the Valley of the Rocks and Watersmeet Gorge. Lynmouth, popularly known as Little Switzerland, offers a great choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes. You could take a visit to Croyde, perfect for surfers and beach lovers alike, with sandy beaches and offering a selection of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. There are many other attractions easily accessible from here, including Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle, Exmoor Zoological Gardens and many other National Trust properties.

On entering this charming property, you will find a useful hallway, a perfect place to hang coats and store walking boots after a walk on the coastal path. You will then find the spacious and attractive lounge/diner with TV, relax here with your favourite book or enjoy a night in with a movie. Moving into the elegant kitchen you will find everything you may need, including an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Heading upstairs is the attractive master king-size bedroom which boasts a balcony with stunning sea views. There is also a dressing room which could also be used for a travel cot and a contemporary shower room with shower and WC.

Stepping outside, you can relax on the pleasant balcony with seating, a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, or an evening drink while enjoying the sea views. Off-road parking is available for one car. Please note the parking is accessed via a long and narrow sloping driveway which requires reversing

Very spacious cottage, short walk to shops, pubs and beach. Lots of lovely cliff top walks. Very hilly and quite steep, not good for people who arent mobile. Cottage driveway is steep, really only suitable for CrossOvers and 4x4 vehicles
