With many rural and coastal walks from the doorstep to explore, you can really get away from it all in the fresh air. Charmouth is a popular all year destination, with the beach having been voted the world's number one best beach to visit in winter by Lonely Planet. A fantastic cottage in a wonderful spot- easy walk to the beach, good local facilities, response and helpful owners. I would not recommend for those with small children or restricted mobility due to the steep staircase. Other than that I would recommend to anyone.
