With many rural and coastal walks from the doorstep to explore, you can really get away from it all in the fresh air. The historic seaside town of Lyme Regis is just 2 miles away where you can arrange fishing trips from the Cobb, stroll along the seafront promenade or browse the variety of local shops and eateries. Many popular visitor attractions are within easy reach including Abbotsbury Swannery, Abbotsbury Children's Farm, Abbotsbury Sub Tropical Gardens, Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary, Burrow Farm Gardens, Forde Abbey and Mapperton House, to name but a few.

This whitewashed cottage boasts a front courtyard decorated with colourful flowers and shrubs giving off tantalising aromas. Stepping inside is a convenient entrance space to store coats and boots which then meanders its way to a relaxing living area. Original floorboards and an open fireplace lay in your wake intertwined with modern amenities in the shape of a Smart TV and a digital piano. Alongside the living space, there is a modern kitchen which provides unrivalled facilities on rustic beech worktops. There is an adjacent dining area with a bespoke, sloping glass roof allowing light to flood into the room and doubles as a bright entertainment space, with French doors to let the fresh coastal air drift through the cottage. Also downstairs you will find a spacious utility room with walk-in shower. Moving upstairs (be careful the stairs are steep and winding) there are two spacious characterful bedrooms with original floorboards, and a family bathroom. The restful bedrooms consist of one king-size bedroom and a further double bedroom which contains an additional single.

Passing through the French doors of the conservatory you will find yourself in an outdoor oasis, perfect for a spring or summer afternoon. Directly outside the property is a raised flower bed and steps leading up to a plush lawn, which features as the centrepiece to fruit trees, shrubs and a pebbled seating area ideal for an al fresco brunch. There is off-road parking for one vehicle.
