Enjoyed our stay at Fig Tree Cottage in wonderful Worth Matravers. There were five of us, plus dog, and enough room for us all. It was nice and quiet to sit in the back garden, too. Superb walks right on the doorstep and brilliant Square & Compass pub just up the road

This is a lovely cottage in a superb location for walking and exploring the area. It is a shame about the building work of a large house extension opposite which will disrupt any stay for the next few months.

A quirky property in some respects, but full of character. I especially liked the stone floor downstairs. Some will find the bathroom very small, but it is functional. Anyone approaching 6ft tall will almost certainly succumb to one or more of the low ceiling "man traps". Permanent concentration is required. The cottage was lovely, in a quiet setting not far from the coastal path. We had lots of lovely walks straight from the cottage along the coast and down to local swimming spots.
