Location excellent and garden lovely, dog proof too. Wouldn't recommend unless housekeeping issues are addressed. Compared to previous cottages (booked by my sister), unfortunately this was extremely disappointing from a cleanliness point of view.

La Casita is a very comfortable cottage close to the sea, good restaurants and pubs and of course the coastal path. Steep access is compensated by views from the garden or terrace. Living areas could be cosy in the snug with a log fire, or more open in the conservatory with space for reading, games or jigsaws. Something for everyone.

For a family holidaying with grandparents, this property was perfect. There is space for everyone and the downstairs bedroom suite provides privacy. With Lulworth Cove, cliff walks and a good shop all within walking distance, it is very well situated and appointed.

The property is in a good location and has a good layout and it's nice having the balcony to sit out on. The property itself, however, is tired and in need of some tlc. Carpets are badly stained, the kitchen units have seen better days, the downstairs bed needs a new mattress, some of the windows don't close and the TV with the DVD doesn't work. ThRead moree spiral staircase to downstairs doesn't fit an adult foot on it so be careful as you walk down. Once all sorted it would be fine. Hide

Fabulous location. 15 minute walk down to the Cove (where we swam every day), either on the road, or 20 mins if you go over the hill (rather more strenuous but worth it for the view). The house has so much living space that we weren't on top of each other and had everything we could want for our week away. Plus, I think the weather is always glorioRead moreus! Property in a very tired condition, cobwebs and spiders in most rooms. Garden not maintained at all, like a jungle. Brilliant location and great views from house

Reviewed by Mr C Earl, 15th August 2018

Most rooms in house decorated and furnished to high standard. Conservatory furniture could do with updating. Spiral staircase to downstairs bedroom is very daunting to start with.
