Strike out on foot to explore your surroundings before taking refuge in the local pub located within 1 mile of the barn or venture 3.5 miles south to arrive at the stunning West Bay to feel the sand between your toes; this location offers a wonderful blend of countryside and coastline. Venture 12.5 miles along the coast to arrive in the charming town of Lyme Regis, home to an abundance of museums, independent shops, quaint eateries and welcoming pubs; a perfect choice for a day trip.

Set within the owner’s grounds, make your way up three steps into the one-level open-plan space. As you step inside the entrance door you will find a large double aspect communal space comprising of the kitchen, lounge and dining area. The comfortable lounge is bright and airy with colourful soft furnishings, a homely space to retreat to in the evening as you sink into the comfortable sofa in front of the TV. The spacious kitchen comes complete with everything you’ll need and more to enjoy home cooking before sitting down in the cosy dining area to appreciate intimate meals. The restful king-size bedroom is located at the opposite end of the barn and there is a shower room just off the kitchen. High to low sloping ceilings run the length of the building.

Outside you can enjoy a small unenclosed patio area boasting wonderful countryside views. Guests are welcome to explore the seven acres of woodland with paths across the owners’ grounds, so you won’t be short of walks to enjoy from your doorstep. Find a peaceful spot and throw down a picnic blanket so you can enjoy a bite to eat or lose yourself in a good book as you take in your unspoiled surroundings. There is ample off-road parking at this property.

The cottage is a comfortable place to stay for a break in Dorset. The cottage itself has a spacious living area and has everything you need. The bedroom is a good size and comfortable. In terms of locations, it couldn't be better. It is close the A35 with Bridport a few minutes away and many hills and attractive beaches close by. We spent a very relaxing week here helped by the most beautiful weather. The cottage is lovely -clean, comfortable and well-appointed. A lovely cottage in a peaceful, secluded setting. Lucinda and Patrick were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was such a high quality in the place. The bed and settee were so comfortable, the shower was always hot and the fridge was a decent size. Cottage was very nice had everything you needed. The owners made us feel welcome and left us a nice welcome pack. The area was good for us as we travelled out each day to visit places. Lots of nice places nearby to eat within 10 15 min drive. Took two dogs with us and found lots of dog friendly beeches around the area

A lovely home from home with all you could need included. Comfortably furnished and well appointed for travel along the coast and into Somerset. Peaceful location with space to wander around the adjacent hills and fields. The 3 of us (1 dog) my wife and I had a lovely quiet relaxing time at Innsacre. The accommodation is excellent, very clean, well equipped and maintained. The bed is very comfortable and we both slept well. The cottage is in a very quiet place with excellent walks out from the front door. What a wonderful retreat, Lulu and Patrick were very welcoming and helpful the lovely cake and milk and eggs were an unexpected treat. We had a lovely quite relaxed short break we wished we could have stayed longer.

A most enjoyable stay in a very well equipped and tastefully decorated converted farm building. Our hosts were very knowledgeable about the region and suggested places of interest. This included some of the best eating establishments in the area.

The cottage has only very recently been completed from a barn conversion, and is in excellent decorative order with new appliances, comfortable furniture and furnishings, an array of kitchen equipment and a new (very powerful) shower. The location is set close to the owners home in an old farm yard and is a lovely quiet area, with quick access to tRead morehe A35 and the village road through Shipton Gorge to Burton Bradstock and West Bay. This made it an excellent place to relax and walk from, and being pet friendly we were able to bring our dog too. A small patio and seating area has been laid outside, if only the weather had allowed us to use it! A bridleway through the farmyard leads up to the ridge overlooking the local countryside, affording superb views out towards Golden Cap and Lyme Regis.
