Lovely setting overlooking the bay and pier. It was an ideal place to relax and enjoy the view and the surrounding countryside. The welcome pack was a thoughtful addition and one we thoroughly enjoyed.

hear the waves as you lie in bed, watch the sea from the port hole window, snuggle on the comfy sofa and relax. It was November, it was cold, the sun shone, great location for walks, great views. The situation of this property and the views from it were excellent. Stunning. However it needed maintenance updates and there was no point in having a dishwasher if there wasn't enough crockery and a shower room with no shelving was difficult to negotiate.

This is a really cosy, well equipped and clean North facing holiday apartment for two. The views of Swanage sea front and across the bay to Old Harry Rocks and beyond are first class. Sadly, much of our week was very wet, but we were able to enjoy the comfortable, well heated apartment until the rains passed by. There is an excellent balcony with BRead moreBQ and ample seating, which were not used due to the weather. Undercover car parking was a bonus on wet days!. Hide

This is the second consecutive year that we have visited Porthole Penthouse. It is a superb facility, well equipped, in a great position. Luckily we again had great weather. Fantastic time, really enjoyed it, cannot find anything to complain about. Top notch.

A great apartment in a perfect location. Easy to walk to the centre of Swanage and set out on walks whilst being located in one of the quieter areas of the town, The views are amazing and the portholes make for a unique experience. Wed love to return.
