Located part way down a quiet, no-through road in Burton Bradstock, this property offers many opportunities to enjoy the surrounding area. Encompassed by countryside and only 500 yards from the beach, you can walk to the seashore to spend hours or days in the sunshine. For a bite to eat, a cafe is accessible along the beach or a 0.5-mile drive by car. Elsewhere, two great local pubs are only 350 yards away.

Cross the pretty, shared courtyard garden at the front of the property and step inside. Home to a cosy, open-plan design, the space has been transformed into a light and airy living area. With a well-equipped kitchen at one end, you can make use of the oven, electric hob, microwave and other appliances for meals at home. Store your fizz in the fridge and toast to an unforgettable holiday. Facing away from the kitchen, you will see the lounge/diner. With two snuggly armchairs, a dining table for two, a Smart TV and a selection of books, you can spend lazy mornings and relaxed evenings with your feet up. Heading upstairs, the attractive double bedroom takes pride of place. Home to a double bed, the double aspect bedroom’s neutral tones with large windows create a bright, tranquil space. Adjoining the bedroom is an en-suite bathroom, fitted with WC, shower cubicle and heated towel rail for extra luxury.

Outside, the property’s front garden is peppered with pots and hugged by roses and shrubs. A shared space, you can sink into the outside seating and enjoy the surrounding area.

I loved this cottage ,it was tiny inside but had all I needed. If like me you have always dreamt of a small thatched cottage by the sea for just two and a dog then this is it . The village is very pretty two good pubs that welcome dogs lots of walks around for our pooch and parking too .Owners very friendly . No sea view but just up the road right Read morenext to the cottage over the hill , there it was and it stretched for miles . It was cold very wet pouring with rain so didnt go far . Hide

Very small space not really indicated in the photos, could do with a deep clean and decent update. Owners very pleasant and fantastic location ideal for dog owners with great walks from the doorstep. It is what it is don't go here looking for luxury.

The cottage is in a fantastic location and was generally clean, however there was an inordinate amount of Cobwebs throughout, there was a unwashed grill pan in the cooker complete with fat and tin foil. The Kitchen accessories were OK but the cutlery was very dated and in my view not hygienic by design and needs replacing. The Mattress was extremelRead morey uncomfortable, you can feel the springs. Its a shame because it could be a really lovely property in a great location it just needs updating. Hide

For walking the Dorset Coast the property couldn't be better located: the coastal path is right outside the door. Property is small but had everything we needed.

The cottage ticked all the boxes so met all our needs for along weekend stay. We would stay there again as the area is excellent for walking and exploring.
