This beautiful converted barn nestles at the top of a gently sloping field overlooking an idyllic lake, has been lovingly fitted and furnished, and provides a relaxing break for couples and families.

Situated in the heart of mid-Devon you will be perfectly placed for exploring the whole of this popular county. The immediate area offers an array of amenities and attractions with a community store in the nearby village of Kennerleigh, selling a variety of local produce and cider. In the nearby historic market town of Crediton there are shops, pubs and a bustling farmers market. Outdoor enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with the coast, Dartmoor and Exmoor within an hour’s drive. Further afield is Tiverton castle, museum and canal country park. Cottage is lovely. Views are fantastic. Jacuzzi was wonderful. Cottage needs sky light blinds in the bedrooms. The cottage was lovely, with great views, and the dog and ducks were so friendly. We also did the farm walk which was wonderful with the curious cows following us in one of the fields. Great place to relax and chill has all home from home comforts. Lovely views Mandy and mike make you fell really welcome and our daily visits from fern the dog and ducks. Plenty of places to go and visit too. Gonna book again next year for sure.

The perfect spot for a relaxing family holiday. Being in the middle of nowhere was a huge selling point for us - being able to switch off completely. The cottage is really luxurious, and our son loved the farm dogs visits and feeding the ducks. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful setting, completely away from it all. The nearest town is 15 mins drive and there are lots of narrow lanes so you will need to be comfortable with reversing and using passing places a lot! The wifi is good but not the mobile phone signal. We were in the hot tub every evening and everything was very clean and well looked after. Beautiful home in a beautiful, peaceful location. Homemade scones to welcome us was a lovely touch. Spotlessly clean. Owners and their daughter were lovely to our two girls as well. We had a lovely holiday. It is a drive to nearest shops so do bring your essentials with you.

Absolutely loved the cottage, was gorgeous and the neighbours were friendly (dogs and ducks!) We spent a lovely week there relaxing and although a fair drive out to anywhere, wouldn't put us off going again.

This is the 2nd time I have been to Binneford Barn and will definitely visit again , lovely fresh and spacious lodge with a home feeling . This is a lovely property in a superb location next to a working farm. The grounds are beautiful, with a pond and some friendly and amusing ducks. The hot tub is wonderful and has a great view over the hilly farmland. Be aware, however, that the farm is in rural Devon, some distance from the main tourist venues.

This is my second visit, we stayed in one of the shepherds huts on our first stay and its the best one i have ever stayed in, on our second visit we stayed in the barn, the only words i can find to describe it is truly amazing, there is everything and more your need. We had an amazing week and will definitely be back.
