Contemporary lodge based on a complex of similar properties in Mundesley, perfect for couples, close to the beach and is within easy driving distance of Cromer, Happisburgh and Great Yarmouth.

Located on the north coast of Norfolk, Mundesley has beautiful sandy beaches and plenty of visitor attractions in the local area. If you love the sea and sand then look no further as the coastline boasts fantastic beaches from Great Yarmouth all the way over to Brancaster located on the north Norfolk coast. Within driving distance is Wroxham, the gate way to the splendid Norfolk broads where you can hire a boat for the day and explore the waterways. The traditional seaside towns of Great Yarmouth and Cromer are also within driving distance and offer a fantastic day out.

Upon entering the lodge, stepping through the front door you will arrive in the bright and contemporary fitted open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. To your right is a comfortable sofa, situated perfectly in front of the TV, ideal to watch your favourite programme on after a long day exploring. To your left is the well-equipped kitchen area consisting of an electric oven with gas hob, microwave and fridge with an ice compartment, perfect for preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner. Through from the kitchen is a cosy double bedroom where you can enjoy a good night’s sleep. Completing the accommodation next to the bedroom is the shower room with shower and WC.

Heading outside to the front of the property is an enclosed area with table and chairs, perfect for you to sit at and watch the sun go down. On-site facilities include an entertainment centre with games room, gym and spa. There is also off-road parking for one car available, this is not adjacent to the property.

Had a lovely holiday here August 13 -20 , a little small for us, liked the enclosed garden for the dog . Kitchen area has everything you need .Not very much room for clothes. Staff were all really pleasant and very friendly

The mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable.. the wardrobe door would not open easily and was too small for 2 adults clothing. there is nowhere in the shower room to put toiletries we had to use the window ledge. the write up on the website says parking for 1 car ! We wThere allowed to park by the lodge to unload but then were told to park Read moreup by the reception area. On the plus side the location was a short walk from a beautiful beach and clifftop walk. The cottage was very clean & had everything you needed. However not very disabled person friendly - the settee is too low and the bed is against the wall & one person has to climb over there other. If you use a wheelchair or mobility scooter a lot of the pathways & roads are gravel. There aren't enough disabled parking spaces either. A lovely placeRead more to stay if you aren't disabled. The living area is approx 3m square so SMALL. The kitchen is very well equipped, but "fridge freezer" is a small fridge with ice compartment. You can just get around the bed by turning sideways and there's only a single door wardrobe with 2 drawer bedside cabinet so light on clothes storage. Good location especially for the dogs who enjoyed the beach each day. The lodge was warm but sofa not very comfortable, a bit hard. Fairly clean but lots of cobwebs about. We had a problem with the boiler one day which was quickly resolved. A nice relaxing break for us all

Stayed in Anmer 15 at Mundesley Holiday Village. Ideal for us as we had come to UK from Ireland to collect our new puppy and due to pet passport, we had to stay a few weeks. It had a safe little yard outside and was near grass for toilet training. Pleased to say pup had no accidents in the property. Although there was some issues with the chalet regarding general cleanliness and lack of facilities. It was a comfortable base to explore this most gorgeous area of Norfolk. The location is perfect with beautiful cliff top walks and access to the beach down an incline. The site is very clean and well maintained. Great location with many great walks and attractions in a short distance.

Highly recommend Mundesley Holiday Village. Very well maintained and the accommodation location was great - right next to the coastal walk, to the beautiful sandy beach and 5 mins walk to the clifftop pub & garden! The accommodation was basic but clean, and had a small enclosed and secure outside area for dogs. It was peaceful and quiet - we had a Read moregreat, relaxing holiday. The one bed property had all the facilities required and was clean, however the actual dimensions in the living area space was a surprisingly small. Having said that the available space proved adequate and comfortable. The bathroom had a large shower with a very good water pressure and flow. Kitchen equipment was clean and in good working order.

Shower cubicle leaked and towel was needed to mop up water and not cleaned very well ie glass. Certain areas of accommodation eg corners behind and underneath furniture could be cleaner. Problem with C/heating. (Not working and then uncontrollable making accommodation very hot)
