One of the cleanest cottages that we have visited. Wonderful sunroom to sit and have breakfast in. Lots of walks from the door and good transport links to get you back. An excellent pub nearby to get a good meal at.

Beautiful and characterful cottage in lovely, peaceful surroundings. Wonderful views from the conservatory at the back. It was comfortable, and had a very well equipped kitchen. It was easy to access by road.

Well kitted out and lots of kitchen utensils and cutlery. Great views from rear conservatory, comfortable beds. Plenty hot water. Character cottage. Stairs are narrow and steep with open side at bottom but we had no problem. Old cottages have steep stairs do no drama. Easy walk to The Devonshire Arms takes about 10 minutes ish. Great food. This is a good cottage in a great country setting surrounded by fields. Clients should be aware that being a typical cottage the living room was dark to the point where you had to put the lights on during the day and the stairs are very narrow and steep. The heating was pre-set quite low by the owner and we were blocked from any access. In our firsRead moret week the temperatures were low and the bedrooms were freezing. When we approached the owner the solution offered was put on extra covers on the bed. Hide

The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. Beds were comfy and the living area spacious. The conservatory is a super bonus and we enjoyed our time sitting and taking in the views. We stayed over Christmas and the owner had arranged Christmas lights and a small tree which was a nice thought. Communication with the owner was good. The cottagRead moree is well located for walks straight from the front door. We have no hesitation in recommending the cottage and would love to return Hide

Lovely cottage in a stunning location. What a fabulous view. The conservatory is such a great space. Very well equipped and comfortable. Great walks from the cottage and beyond. Loved the Devonshire Arms and enjoyed a drink on the terrace at the golf club which is just a stone throw from the cottage. We had a great time.
