A complex of cottages that sit at the end of a private drive, located on the edge of the charming village of Kilkhampton, this is the ideal spot from which you can explore all North Cornwall and Devon.

One king-size and one twin, with furnishings and décor in shades of grey. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with bath, seperate shower and WC.

Outside there is a lovely private garden area with garden furniture, creating a perfect venue for alfresco dining and with a charcoal BBQ. Further to this, stroll out and explore the land and views. There is off-road parking for two cars. Guests have access to a shared laundry room with tumble drier  which also provides secure storage for wet suits surfboards, bikes etc.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

We had a lovely week over Christmas. Although the heating wasn't on when we arrived (as we hadn't given an ETA) the cottage warmed up incredibly quickly. It was immaculate. There was a beautifully decorated x'mas tree and a welcome basket too. Darren and his wife were delightful and even helped us by bringing an extra chair on Christmas Day. Lovely location the owners have taken great care and thoughtfulness with information and directions . Easy driving to dramatic scenery , lovely beaches , on your doorstep plenty to do . I would just make sure you have plenty of change for the car parks as they are mainly cash and some places charge 20 pence for the toilet Boscastle ,port Isaac tintRead moreagel and it includes the disabled toilets also . Lovely spacious house in large immaculate shared grounds. Comfy beds and fluffy towels. Very clean and well equipped. Good WiFi and Netflix. Dog friendly. Shared laundry room to dry wetsuits etc. Easy walk into village with two pubs, co-op, chip shop, Chinese, tea room, post office and newsagents. 10 min easy drive into bude town, beaches, MorrisonRead mores, leisure centre and tenpin bowling/soft play. 5 min drive to the beautiful sandymouth beach. We had a really lovely time staying here - they have thought of everything setting up the cottage. It's comfortable, warm, lots of really thoughtful touches, and the gardens are beautiful.
