A complex of cottages that sit at the end of a private drive, located on the edge of the charming village of Kilkhampton, this is the ideal spot from which you can explore all North Cornwall and Devon.

Perfectly placed on the edge of the village of Kilkhampton which offers a choice of two traditional inns, village stores, a great selection of takeaways and easy access onto the A39. The popular seaside town of Bude is just slightly further afield and boasts a wide range of independent shops, restaurants, bars and a choice of three sandy beaches plus many more leisure facilities. Alternatively, head further along the coast on either the Cornish or Devon side and explore the rugged coastline and numerous picturesque fishing villages such as Hartland, Clovelly, Boscastle and Port Isaac. Other attractions accessible from here include Trethorne Leisure Park and Tamar Lakes offering a wealth of water sports, superb fishing and great walks.

This stunning collection of properties is set at the end of a long private drive and pretty duck pond on one side. The Tithe Barn is set apart from the main house with its own outside space and views to the south and west. Guests will relish returning to these beautiful properties after a day’s exploring and where quality and style are ever present. This spacious reverse-level barn is great for families or groups of friends. On entering the property on the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one twin room, one super-king-size room ,which can be made into a twin on request at the point of booking, and one king-size. A bathroom with shower over bath and WC and also a separate WC. Heading upstairs to the first floor is a large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and stylish décor. This room has a Juliette balcony on one side with views of the main house and on the other side a large balcony with seating and a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee or in the evenings watching the sunset. TV and comfy sofas beckon you to relax in front of the warming wood burner. The kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Stepping outside there is an open area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ - Further to this, stroll out and explore the land surrounding the property and the fabulous views. There is off-road parking for two cars. Guests have access to a shared laundry room with tumble drier and freezer which also provides secure storage for wet suits surfboards, bikes etc.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Fantastic holiday cottage. Great location near to stunning Sandymouth beach and other places of interest. Good facilities in the village with good pubs and great chippy. House was very comfortable and well equipped with huge garden set away from other properties. Nice sunny veranda on the first floor. Beautiful barn, with character and superb private, peaceful grounds. Very well equipped and a good location for North Coast beaches. We had a wonderful break here.

Perfect place for rest & relaxation. Dog friendly garden. The accommodation is five star & the lounge area is perfect for relaxing as is the sun terrace. Kitchen has all amenities you need. Lovely comfortable bed. Best nights sleep in ages! Wish we had stayed for two weeks. We will be back & recommending to our friends.
