The popular seaside town of Bude is just slightly further afield and boasts a wide range of independent shops, restaurants, bars and a choice of three sandy beaches plus many more leisure facilities. Alternatively, head further along the coast on either the Cornish or Devon side and explore the rugged coastline and numerous picturesque fishing villages such as Hartland, Clovelly, Boscastle and Port Isaac. Other attractions accessible from here include Trethorne Leisure Park and Tamar Lakes offering a wealth of water sports, superb fishing and great walks.

Back to the entrance hall the glamorous winding staircase leads to a half landing level where you have a zip-and-link twin (which can be made into a super-king double on request). Up a few steps to the main landing are a further three bedrooms one spacious king-size sleigh bed, one bunk room and finally the master room comprising of a super-king-size sleigh bed, with countryside views - steps lead down to a superb en-suite bathroom with freestanding slipper bath, separate shower and WC and fabulous views.
Stepping outside there is an open area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ - Further to this, enjoy a game of croquet (equipment provided) on the lawn or stroll out and explore the land surrounding the property and the fabulous views. There is off-road parking for three cars. Guests have access to a shared laundry room which also provides secure storage for wet suits surfboards, bikes etc.
