Ideally situated in Southam, a Warwickshire market town, this contemporary two-storey house is the perfect property for families and friends to enjoy time together whatever the time of year.

This superb house is ideally located in the market town of Southam, within easy reach of many popular attractions. The property  is close by to one of the most popular wedding venues in the area, Warwick House. The market town of Warwick, with the impressive Warwick Castle is less than 25 minutes away and the regency town of Royal Leamington Spa is less than 20 minutes. A visit would not be complete without exploring Shakespeare’s birthplace with attractions to include Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, Hall’s Croft, Mary Arden’s Farm and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, and adjacent Swan Theatre.  There a numerous National Trust properties within the Warwickshire area including Upton House, Baddesley Clinton and Packwood House. In addition to all this with neighbouring counties of Oxfordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire you can also enjoy Blenheim Palace, Chastleton House and the Cotswolds with its many traditional villages.

Upon entering this newly built house in 2019, guests will immediately gain a sense of space and light, with a stylish finish throughout. Walking through the large glass entrance and into the hallway, on the right is a separate WC and to the left is a handy utility room, ideal to store coats and shoes and where the washing machine can be found. Straight ahead is the impressive open-plan lounge/diner, the lounge area provides the ideal space to relax with two large sofas and comfy chairs arranged around the Smart TV. The dining area has a large table to comfortably seat everyone and extends further if required. The stylish kitchen features another seating area and a breakfast bar style island, with high stalls. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, everything required for holiday dining and to help with the cleaning up, a handy dishwasher. The property has four bedrooms on the first floor, one king-size with an en-suite shower room and WC, one double bedroom, a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a 2’6” twin on request) and the fourth bedroom has a small double bed. Finishing the accommodation is the bathroom with bath, large separate shower and WC.

Take a step outside into your own private garden, the perfect spot to dine alfresco, relax on the outside furniture or in the bubbles of your very own private hot tub. For those wishing to enjoy a BBQ, a charcoal one is provided and there is also storage for bikes. The front of the house provides off-road parking for three cars.

Great property with fantastic facilities. It's within walking distance of the town, shops, pubs and restaurants if you fancy a stroll. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a lovely welcome hamper which is a great touch.

A perfect venue for a family get together when we were travelling from 3 different locations. The kitchen was so well equipped and it was wonderful to have a travel cot and safety Gates. Thank you for making my 60th birthday so memorable.

The cottage was ideally situated for the area we wanted to explore. It was well equipped for the seven of us staying there, and the hot tub was brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend and will be looking at their other properties with the idea of booking again next year.

Lovely place to stay for the weekend, even had a hamper and towels for the hot tub. Would definitely recommend this place. Owner came to help sort out the WiFi for the children.

This is a stunning property. Four lovely bedrooms. Big lounge, fully equipped kitchen and fabulous back garden with plenty of seating and a jacuzzi. Kept my family entertained for the weekend. Its close to Stratford-upon-Avon for a day out.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very well equipped house and easy walking distance to village for pubs, restaurants and take aways. We had a very good meal at The Bowling Green and take away from Balti Hut. Hot tub was excellent and we were intrigued by the heating system.

My kids and I stayed here for the Xmas period. Alison was fantastic with communication. The Christmas tree was lovely and so was the hamper.
