Head towards the North Coast and you will discover the coastline is populated with must see destinations including ever popular Padstow, a must for all seafood lovers and home of Rick Stein’s famed restaurant and the picture postcard Port Isaac, well known as the setting of ITV's Doc Martin. There are also some fabulous expansive beaches on offer at Bude and Crackington Haven. The unspoilt South Coast of Cornwall is also accessible from here and boasts an array of scenic coves and picturesque fishing villages to enjoy, such as Mevagissey, Looe and Polperro. Other attractions and places of interest include Dartmoor National Park, Bodmin Moor, The Eden Project, Tamar Otter Park and Wildwood, the Camel Trail, and Launceston Steam Railway.

Venturing up the stairs and onto the characterful first floor you will then discover the beautiful bedrooms, the first of which is a spacious double room with integrated storage; and then a cosy single bedroom with an custom made built in 2'6" single bed, and the third a family friendly twin room. The final room inside the property is a stylish bathroom, complete with a roll-top bath, shower attachment on bath, and WC.

Heading outside and located to the front of the cottage, you will find a generously proportioned enclosed lawn garden with garden furniture and a BBQ, and to the rear an enclosed patio area with seating. Private off-road parking for three cars is provided directly outside.
