We chose this cottage for our October half term break with the possibility of rainy weather in mind. The accommodation is spacious and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed having a covered outside sitting area and the games room for the damp days. The location is gorgeous - lovely views and an isolated position, but close enough to the amenitiesRead more of Ross-on-Wye to not feel completely stranded. We thoroughly enjoyed our local strolls from the house and would happily book again. Hide

The cottage is isolated, quiet and very peaceful. The views are truly fantastic, the games room kept our competitive edge going. Walks from the cottage are ideal if you dont fancy driving, although plenty of walks available within a short distance. I really couldnt fault the cottage, the layout, the views, the facilities all excellent.

This is a beautiful cottage with stunning countryside views. Its well equipped, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Even though the weather was less than perfect on some days (Storm Alex!) we were happy just spending time in the cottage, reading and playing table tennis in the games room. A beautiful cottage situated in a perfect quiet location for a peaceful holiday and not too far away Hereford. About a 30 min drive to Ledbury. Nearby are the boarders of South Wales. Very comfortable beds, and a well appointed cottage.

John and Julie made us feel very welcome and cared for - Storm Dennis came to call over the weekend! There was a very generous welcome basket, the house was warm, the views (through the rain) were great, the whole place was VERY comfortable and we all had a brilliant stay.
