Beautiful cottage, perfectly located. We pretty much ditched the car for the week. Enjoyed everything being within walking distance. The stairs up to the top floor are very steep and the less agile of people could find them a struggle. Also once up there the sloping roof and the low beams need to be carefully navigated. It's the nature and charm ofRead more an old property, and didn't affect our overall enjoyment.... We would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family. Hide

We had a great stay in this well located, well equipped, cozy but comfortable cottage. The cottage is old and traditional so people should be aware of low beams and steep stairs but this added to the charm of the cottage and the downstairs where you spend most of your time was very modern and was not impacted by low ceilings. Have just returned from a wonderful week spent at Vine Cottage. It is in a great location, as Bourton village is at the end of a short lane. The cottage is the perfect mix of contemporary and traditional.

At the time of writing, this was effectively a brand new holiday let, the cottage having been refurbished in about August 2019. It really is of a very high standard and perfectly located at the end of a small lane off the main road through the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.
