The Coach House is in a great location. Near enough to both coastlines, close to Truro and even closer to a great M and S for your food supplies. We enjoyed the house, stacks of room, comfy beds, nice bathrooms. We met up with some family for a birthday and the house proved ideal for this purpose. Ladock is quiet, (the local shop was never open) buRead moret there are plenty of places to walk your dogs without dodging cars. I would easily go back, it's the best holiday home we've stayed in for ages. Hide

We are a 3 generation family on a trip to the Eden Project & the seal sanctuary, we also took in the owl sanctuary so the location was perfect. The spacious property allowed us all to have our own space when this was needed.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful house in a wonderful location! Everything we could have needed and more- a real home from home. So much space and storage- always a bonus! Obviously a much loved home. Only downside the lawned area is not dog proof so have to be on a lead in that area, would definitely recommend.

We all really enjoyed our stay in the Coach House. We very much appreciated the Easter card and bottle of wine on arrival and couldn't fault our 5 nights staying there. The cottage had everything we needed and we loved the quiet location. It's somewhere we'd very much consider staying again on our next trip down to Cornwall.
