Lovely cottage in beautiful Brecon. Difficult to initially find but once arrived you have beautiful views. Cottage has everything you need but could do with a bit of TLC. Farmers Arms pub a 5 min drive away was lovely, will definitely be back there for lunch!

This cottage is off the beaten track and quite difficult to find on Day One so would benefit from a slightly more detailed description from the main road.

Ty-Obrey is a lovely, spacious cottage set down a quiet lane with stunning views. With flagstone and wooden floors throughout its perfect for dogs after muddy walks and it has a decent size utility and large kitchen diner for them to sleep in. We had some wonderful hikes, even in poor weather, and enjoyed coming back to the wood burning fire. The FRead morearmers Arms Pub am Cafe in Cymdu are both worth a visit too. Hide

Beautiful views, lovely fully stocked kitchen equipment. Down very narrow one vehicle roads. Garden was not secure for small and medium dogs as there was a large gap underneath the gate. Downstairs windows were low and opened wide enough for a dog to escape.

A lovely cosy cottage with stunning views of the black mountains on the edge of a working farm. If you want peace and quiet this cottage is for you. The instructions say that the cottage is the second on the right but it's second on the left - (follow the lane for a while). Lots of walks nearby. A lovely place.

Very comfortable cottage with plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 dogs. Owners very helpful even though they were clearly busy with lambing. Kitchen well stocked for eating in and all appliances worked.

Absolutely wonderful property and location. Such a lovely welcome from the owners too! We had a fantastic time during our stay and would certainly book again. Please note: the property is 2nd on the LEFT after the stone bridge and not on the right as the printed directions stated.
