The beautiful sands of Studland Bay are cared for by the National Trust and form part of a stunning landscape backed by dunes and heath land. The village itself is well serviced by a popular pub and a shop selling essential supplies. Lovers of nature can explore the reserves close by including Hartland Moor and RSPB Stoborough Heath. This area is also steeped in history with the pretty village of Corfe Castle and its ruins being a must see. Should you wish to spend a day in a traditional seaside town, head to Swanage with its Victorian heritage, promenade and steam railway. Bournemouth and Poole are also easily accessible via the Sandbanks ferry.
Accessed via an unmade road, the private driveway leads directly to the main entrance into this detached property. Once inside you are met with a welcoming hallway leading firstly to a kitchen/breakfast room on the right. This well-equipped space has an electric oven and hob, fridge, freeze, microwave and dishwasher. With a distant sea view on offer across heath land, preparing meals will be a pleasure here. Just next door is an inviting lounge with wood burner, TV/DVD, making it the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day in front of your favourite programmes. A door leads from here to a warm and sunny conservatory with views over the garden. Heading back into the hallway brings you to a useful shower room and utility area, with WC and washing machine. Next is the dining room. Here you can enjoy leisurely meals with the family in comfort, with the doors open to the patio area beyond. A staircase rises from the hallway to the first floor, where you will find a cosy twin room and a generous king-size bedroom at the top of the stairs. This light and bright room is flooded with light thanks to its large picture windows on two sides.
