Beautiful one-bedroom property in rural North Cornwall, giving you all the peace and quiet you could ask for but close enough to coastal areas you get the best of both worlds.

A complex of three properties situated on the land of a 13th-century manor house which is mentioned in the Doomsday book. Sitting within beautiful pasture and woodland, and perfectly situated for you to enjoy the stunning surroundings of the North Cornish Coast. All guests are greatly encouraged to enjoy long walks within our surrounding fields and relish in the far-reaching and incredible views across to the Atlantic Ocean and Lundy Island. An idyllic, peaceful location in North Cornwall but still remain close to attractions such as Widemouth Bay, Crackington Haven, Boscastle and Tintagel, all which are within a short drive. The seaside town of Bude is about 8 miles away and is ideal for surfing, shopping and perusing local eateries.

On entering this beautifully designed cottage with a comfortable interior of calming natural colours, and hints of vibrancy you are welcomed into the open-plan lounge/kitchen diner, the lounge area offers comfy seating to sit and relax after a busy day, light the wood burner and catch up on your favourite programmes on the TV/DVD. You can cook up a romantic meal for two in the fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge along with a dining table to enjoy your meal. Just a few steps down from the lounge is the double bedroom with plenty of hanging space and accessed by a staircase is the en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

To the front of the cottage is a fenced patio area with a table and chairs, for you to sit and enjoy the peaceful scenery further, perhaps with a glass of wine. On a warm summer’s night, you can even try dining al fresco. A laundry room is on site, with access to an ironing board, small freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer (small fee payable to the owner). A small book, DVD and games library are also available for you to browse and take to your cottage. Your four-legged friends are more than welcome to the property, a doggy welcome pack and homemade treats are available on arrival. Kennels are available just three miles away if you need to board your dog for the day. You are surrounded by some of the most stunning coastal scenery, and for those avid walkers, we are in easy reach, either by car or local public footpaths close to our farm's boundaries, to beautiful coastal footpaths.

A lovely little cottage, very clean and well equipped. Peaceful setting. Location is remote with access via narrow county lanes, stairs up to bathroom and down to bedroom are steep for anyone less agile.

Cottage was perfect with a complimentary bottle of wine and treats for the dogs waiting for us. The owners were lovely and extremely helpful. Ideal secluded location with miles of wonderful beautiful footpath walks direct from the door and little chance of bumping into people (with two reactive dogs that's always a bonus) but near enough to towns fRead moreor this not to be an issue. Lovely cottage that is well equipped and in an isolated area of North Cornwall. It is a fair distance from a pub or beach so car is essential. Lovely gesture on arrival of a bottle of wine and a chews for the dogs. Lovely log fire, with additional logs etc that can purchased on site.
