A complex of three properties situated on the land of a 13th-century manor house which is mentioned in the Doomsday book. Sitting within beautiful pasture and woodland, and perfectly situated for you to enjoy the stunning surroundings of the North Cornish Coast. All guests are greatly encouraged to enjoy long walks within our surrounding fields and relish in the far-reaching and incredible views across to the Atlantic Ocean and Lundy Island. An idyllic, peaceful location in North Cornwall but still remain close to attractions such as Widemouth Bay, Crackington Haven, Boscastle and Tintagel, all which are within a short drive. The seaside town of Bude is about 8 miles away and is ideal for surfing, shopping and perusing local eateries.

On entering this beautifully designed cottage with a comfortable interior of calming natural colours, and hints of vibrancy you are welcomed into the open-plan lounge/kitchen diner, the lounge area offers comfy seating to sit and relax after a busy day, light the wood burner and catch up on your favourite programmes on the TV/DVD. You can cook up a romantic meal for two in the fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge along with a dining table to enjoy your meal. Just a few steps down from the lounge is the double bedroom with plenty of hanging space and accessed by a staircase is the en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.

To the front of the cottage is a fenced patio area with a table and chairs, for you to sit and enjoy the peaceful scenery further, perhaps with a glass of wine. On a warm summer’s night, you can even try dining al fresco. A laundry room is on site, with access to an ironing board, small freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer (small fee payable to the owner). A small book, DVD and games library are also available for you to browse and take to your cottage. Your four-legged friends are more than welcome to the property, a doggy welcome pack and homemade treats are available on arrival. Kennels are available just three miles away if you need to board your dog for the day. You are surrounded by some of the most stunning coastal scenery, and for those avid walkers, we are in easy reach, either by car or local public footpaths close to our farm's boundaries, to beautiful coastal footpaths.

A comfortable cottage in the quietest of beautiful locations, well-equipped and within easy reach of Bude and beaches. However, it caters for up to three dogs, but from May to September there are dog restrictions or bans on most of the local beaches. When your dog is allowed on the beach, the tide might be right in, meaning there is little or no beRead moreach for them and you to enjoy. If you and your dog love the beach, avoid this peak time. Debbie and Steve were great hosts and the cottage was excellent. The area worked well for us as we were able to get anywhere within 40m to the hour. Cottage was spotlessly clean and very cosy with everything we needed. Love seeing the birds and local wildlife every day, and plan to return as we loved it so much.

We loved the cottage and location. Very dog friendly and not made to feel they are a nuisance. The owners do not bother you but make you very welcome. A wonderful balance. For us, we prefer to have a garden to let the dogs have a run around off lead but as live animals understandably they need to be kept on lead so we had to walk them up the road eRead morearly. Really lovely cosy cottage. Our dogs had free run of the adjacent fields which was great for them. Wifi is very slow and disconnects a lot but if you don't need it its not a problem. Local dog friendly beaches, pubs, cafes and towns are all a short drive away. Used the log fire and the cottage was lovely and warm. Easy to cook on the appliances at Read morenight if you don't fancy driving the lanes in the dark. Recommend Boscastle and the Cobweb pub for good food. Hide

A beautiful little cottage in a perfectly quiet rural location. We absolutely loved it. The owners; Debbie and Steve are such a lovely couple. We loved what they are doing for the local wildlife and area. We will definitely stay there again. If you have dogs then this is such a great location as its super dog friendly. We had a lovely stay despite the poor weather. Cottage was in a great location, ideal for getting easily to different walks and beaches. Owners were very friendly and helpful and lively with the dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Beautiful surroundings. Quiet location. Excellent base to explore Cornwall. Owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They are considering starting a doggy day care facility and this would be the icing on the cake for us if it happened. The dogs loved the walks and the nearby dog friendly beaches.

Lovely cottage Exceptionally clean and welcoming. Large selection of wildlife. The birds were amazing and such a variety. We could have sat in the garden and bird watched all week. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle.

Spent a week here with my dog, absolutely loved the peaceful location and nearby dog friendly beaches. A couple of nice walks near the cottage with incredible views. The cottage is very clean and much better equipped than many self catering holiday cottages I've visited. We had such a lovely stay. The cottage was perfect for the two of us and two dogs and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful and a perfect base to visit everywhere we wanted.
