A spacious and contemporary beach home commanding an enviable position next to the golf course and on the edge of the coastal village of Westward Ho!, with stunning sea views of Hartland Point across to Saunton Sands.

If you can pull yourself away from the beach or golf course, a level stroll takes you from the property to the picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho!, which boasts a good selection of restaurants, bars, local shops, cafes and amusements. Westward Ho! boasts three miles of golden sandy beach, very popular with water and wind sport enthusiasts. Also running through the village is the South West Coast Path offering spectacular scenery and wildlife . A short distance away is the pretty fishing village of Appledore with its narrow streets and colourful fisherman’s cottages. From Bideford you have miles of traffic free cycling and walking on the beautiful Tarka Trail. Also, well worth a visit are family attractions such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way, Clovelly village famed for its cobbled, traffic free, streets of the whitewashed cottages and sheltered harbour, visit the beautiful gardens at Tapeley park and RHS Gardens at Rosemoor. However you choose to spend your holiday, your memories will linger long after.

As you enter this reverse level accommodation you are greeted by a light spacious hallway. All four bedrooms lead off the hall with a master bedroom with king-size bed, TV and en-suite shower room with WC benefits from direct access to the garden via bi-fold doors. A spacious double with en-suite shower room and WC, a further twin and bunk bedroom both serviced by the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a ‘snug’ with French doors opening into the garden with a Smart TV/DVD perfect place to relax and unwind. Head upstairs to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you can take advantage of the stunning sea views and stylish décor. The contemporary kitchen/dining area is set up for everyone and very well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Punctuating the centre of this great space is a wood burner with the first basket of logs included, the lounge area also offers comfy seating and SkyTV (full package) and bi-folding doors leading to the balcony with panoramic vista.

Enjoy an evening drink as the sun goes down on the balcony or take to the enclosed lawn garden below for an al fresco meal at the table and chairs.

This house is lovely, it is still very new and there is still work going on within the estate (Jan 2020), but it was no great concern. Two double bedrooms with ensuites, a bunk room and a twin room and a further bathroom! Plenty of space and bathrooms! Beautiful and comfortable home in perfect location with views across golf course, nature reserve and in the distance to Westward Ho beach. Relaxing and peaceful holiday but with everyone close by. It ticked every box! We recommend the Pig on the Hill for top notch Sunday lunch.

Just as shown in the photos- spacious, welcoming, clean & comfortable. Afternoon scones/tea was provided which is a different idea although I am a coeliac so not able to enjoy the lovely scones (the others did though)! The location was extremely relaxing overlooking the golf course & nature reserve (sheep/horses roam).
