This delightful property has been lovingly styled and furnished in a fresh and contemporary style, and with an expansive sandy beach close-by provides a perfect retreat for families and couples alike.

In addition to the two miles of golden sands the town also offers a range of pubs, restaurants, shops and access to the South West Coast Path. The property itself boasts direct pedestrian access to the adjacent Royal North Devon Golf Club where guests enjoy free social membership during their stay, as well as use of the bar and restaurant. The nearby town of Bideford provides a pannier market and from the pretty quay you can enjoy a trip to Lundy Island on the famous Oldenburg. Other attractions in the area include the fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly, Instow, Hartland Abbey and Quay, Tapeley Park, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way.

As you enter the property a small entrance hall leads straight through to an inner hall with a compact yet well-equipped kitchen to your left, here you will find an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a separate ground floor WC then onto the dining area with TV/DVD sofa and dining table for six people. French doors leading out to the enclosed courtyard. Venturing up the stairs and onto the first floor, a cosy lounge boasts comfy seating, a Smart TV and a pleasant bay window with sea glimpses. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Up another flight of stairs to the two double rooms one has with an en-suite shower room with WC.

Heading outside to the rear of the property there is an enclosed patio with patio garden furniture, handy surf board rack and charcoal BBQ.

Private off-road parking for one car is provided. Additional parking roadside nearby.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Beach Mews is in an ideal location just a short stroll from the sea front at Westward Ho. Most of the surrounding property is residential so it was a nice, peaceful location in which to stay. The house was compact and comfortable and our parking space was just feet from the entrance, very convenient for loading/unloading. Facilities were very good Read moreand very clean. Hide

A lovely town house with great attention to detail. Stylishly furnished with lots of space. Very close to beach, shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this house which was immaculate. Very close to the beach and surf school. We would love to come again next year.
