Two storey barn conversion, which has the wow factor the moment you step through the door. Ideally situated within walking distance of local shop and countryside walks.

This superb barn is ideally located in the county of Wiltshire and provides an excellent base to explore the abundance of activities and attractions on offer nearby. Located just off the A36 there are easily accessible day trips just around the corner including Stonehenge, Longleat House, Longleat Safari and Salisbury, to mention a few. Location wise, you’re spoilt for choice as you can explore Bath, Dorset, Bristol and all the surrounding counties, you will need to return to fit it all in. If all this sounds too exhausting, a day relaxing at the property will leave you refreshed and well rested.

Upon entering this beautiful property, you can’t help but look up and admire the stunning beams and the high ceilings which flood the property with natural light and soak up the stylish decor. The first room you’ll enter is the lounge, the perfect space to bring everyone together on the comfy sofas and chairs, and come wintertime, relax in front of the warming wood burner. Moving from the lounge towards the right of the property is a very impressive open-plan kitchen/diner, the perfect spot to entertain, the kitchen area features a centre island and is equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler and American style fridge/freezer with an ice machine. Behind the dining area is a separate WC and a utility room where the washing machine and tumble dryer can be found, also the ideal space to store muddy boots and a sleeping area for the dogs. Walking back through the lounge you’ll come to another sitting area, housing the TV with Sky HD sports and movies package and plenty of reading material. The last room on the ground floor is an impressive super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) perfectly designed with wider doors and an en-suite wet room, where a ramp can be provided on request. Heading upstairs to the first floor you have two staircases, taking the left-side staircase will lead you to a pretty single room, another super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) and a bathroom between the two rooms, which has a freestanding bath, separate shower and WC. Up the right-hand side staircase, you will find the last bedroom, a further super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with a large en-suite shower room and WC.

The outside space runs around the whole of the property, south facing is a beautiful paved area with outside furniture and a charcoal BBQ, easily accessed from the dining area. Morning coffee is ideal on the east facing terrace and as the day comes to an end, the west facing terrace is perfect for an evening drink. There is also a covered games area with table tennis. There is off-road parking for three cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The property is absolutely stunning, with no expense sparred. We had a lovely time and never felt like we were missing anything. The property is also just around the corner from Stonehenge so a perfect location.

We had a wonderful time in Cobblestone Barn. Very spacious and luxurious with plenty of space for the family to get together and also to get away from each other! Lucy couldn't have been nicer and keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Wonderful area to explore from Stonehenge to Longleat with good places to eat nearby. The property is absolutely immaculate. The kitchen is wonderful and all the rooms are show house quality with no expense spared on fixtures and fittings.
