Enjoying a secluded location on Skye's Waternish peninsula, this delightful and comfortable former Hebridean croft offers cosy family holiday accommodation with unspoilt far-reaching sea views.

Located in the small crofting community of Hallin, this charming property offers panoramic views of Ardmore Bay, Loch Bay and the inner isles of Isay and Mingay and is perfect for exploring the Isle of Skye. In the township of Stein (3 miles) you will find the oldest inn on Skye – dating back to 1799. The village of Dunvegan (10 miles) is home to a hotel, shops and the historic Dunvegan Castle, which dates back to the 13th century. The bustling town of Portree (25 miles) offers a range of shops, restaurants and pubs as well as a picturesque harbour from where you can take boat trips out to see wildlife, sea life and explore some of the neighbouring islands.


On entering this inviting and secluded holiday bungalow, you will find the charming lounge which is an ideal space to relax in at the end of a lovely day and features an open fire, TV, DVD player and plenty of comfortable seating. The delightful kitchen/diner is perfect for sharing a fantastic family meal together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need including an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine/dryer. The property also offers a lovely sun lounge with superb views. As you explore this light and soothing property further, you will also find there are two cosy bedrooms – a double with a 4' bed, and a double which can be made up as a twin room on request. The bathroom features a shower over the bath and a WC.


Stepping outside, you can unwind in the fenced garden which is ideal for dogs and has ample parking space.


Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Please note there is a refundable £150 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

Stayed 5 days at 11 Hallin with our 2 kids (6&9yo). Could say we were overwhelmed by the glorious views, the great nearby walks and the cosy yet practical cottage, but, the best prove of the fact that we had a truly great holiday is that during those 5 days, the tv didn't play for one second. We highly recommend 11 Hallin. Tip 1: Waternish is at thRead moree end of the world, so bring enough food with you and don't forget to fill up your gas tank. No nearby shops or tankstation. Tip 2: do the Gillen-shore walk + Trumpan walk. Breathtaking! Tip 3: Visit Coral Beach. It's amazing. Hide

Cabin had beautiful views of the seas. Inside little rustic but nice enough for a few days to see Skye. Rather remote area but parking wasn't a problem and all on the ground floor.
