An archway leads through to the sunroom where snug chairs are arranged to make the most of the impressive views across the water and beyond. Your contemporary kitchen/diner is a generous room where you can gather around the dining table over a hearty breakfast and make plans for your day. Outside, breakfast on the patio table as the waves lap against the loch and eagles cry overhead or find your favourite spot to sit on the lawn and soak up the mountain air. As the sun sets, light a fire in the stone fire pit and toast marshmallows while you tell campfire tales. Step down to the shoreline and dip your toes for a paddle or enjoy a wild swim in its clear waters. Launch your canoe from the beach or spend the afternoon fishing on the loch. We have stayed at this property many times, it is our number 1 choice. Its situation is near perfect and the cottage is well equipped, comfortable and with a magnificent sun lounge. The main town, Ullapool, is a 22 mile round trip, but there it has all you need from a Tesco's to some good restaurants.

Tranquil, peaceful and restful. An idillic setting. 20 feet to walk into the loch for a swim - our spaniel (part otter) loved it. Wildlife galore to see from the picture window onto the loch.

A truly fabulous stay at 2 Letters. The cottage is home from home, location is magical with Lochbroom an extension of the front garden. Stags will visit and some of the wildlife is breathtaking. Ullapool is a short drive away with some lovely eateries and Tesco for stocking up. We had the most wonderful holiday and intend to return again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at 2 Letters. The cottage is a great base to explore the surrounding Highlands. Most of our time was spent in the panoramic sunroom looking at the views and watching the wildlife. Our border collie loved paddling in the loch and playing on the lawn.
