Set with the grounds of a beautiful 4,000- acre estate, you will not believe how much there is to do without even needing to leave the property. Home to some exquisite wildlife such as roe deer, osprey and badgers, this property also has a plethora of overgrown gardens, lochs and ponds to explore either on foot or by bike via the tracks that surround it. Should you wish, activities such as clay pigeon shooting and canoeing can be arranged at the property too. For the nights you don't fancy cooking, the village of Conon Bridge is just 4 miles away and has some lovely pubs on offer, as well as a well-stocked shop. To contrast with the country living, the bustling city of Inverness is 17 miles away; spend a day in exploring the sites and shops before enjoying some good food and drinks in one of the many restaurants and bars on offer.

This countryside property will most certainly appeal to the younger members of the family, with so much to see and explore right from the doorstep, and inside, you will find lots of spacious areas perfect for getting the whole party together. The living area has a lovely open fire and a TV so you can choose between games evenings and movie evenings throughout your stay. There is a large kitchen/diner that is beautifully equipped, making cooking for all of the party an easy and stress-free task, before you retreat to the dining area at the rear of the sitting room to enjoy the feast. There is no denying that this much countryside to explore will result in some muddy wellies and wet clothing, which is where the utility room will come in particularly handy for drying things out and will also be a great cosy spot for your canine companions to rest. Completing the downstairs is a twin bedroom with en suite. Upstairs there are a further four bedrooms - 1 twin with en suite, 1 Double with en suite, 1 twin & a family room with double bed and bunk beds that are all lovingly finished and enjoy idyllic views onto the gardens and countryside around, as well as a family bathroom.

A private hedged garden surrounds the property and has ample furniture so it's great for playing games, enjoying a picnic or two and listening to the peaceful sounds of nature around you.
