Great stay at this cottage. Perfect location on the edge of the water. Cottage is nicely decorated, warm and cozy pretty important for stays in these parts of the UK. We had to two young children (5&7) who also loved the cottage, they got settled in very quick! Lovely cottage, cosy and very clean with lots of space. Great location right beside the loch with a bench and close to all the shops in Strath. Loved the log burning stove.

The property is very good, and the location is absolutely fantastic. The only drawback from our perspective was that the parking spaces close to the property were not guaranteed, although we didn't have an issue during our stay.

The location of this cottage is second to none! We had a couple of issues with the heating when we first arrived, which were quickly dealt with by the owners, who were happy to pop down if we hadnt been able to sort it. Beul na Mara is a spacious, well decorated and equipped cottage. It is very well heated, very comfortable and in a great location. On the edge of the sea loch, but protected from high seas, it gives great views across to the mountains. On the sea there is a variety of birds and the frequent appearance of otters. Locally (three minute walk) is a gooRead mored convenience store, an excellent butcher/grocer, a very nice take-away sandwich shop, a good 'chippie' (weekends only), and a good cafe/bookshop. Hide
