This fantastic modern cottage sleeps up to six people. Situated in the delightful village of Newlands of Culloden, guests will discover beaches, woods and fun outdoor activities to enjoy nearby.

Nestled in the lovely community of Newlands, next to the historic battlefield of Culloden Moor and just 7 miles from the City of Inverness, this lovely home from home is an ideal base for holidaymakers looking to relax in the countryside. From spending afternoons exploring Culloden Wood (3 miles from the doorstep) to dining out in one of the many restaurants in Inverness, there's plenty to see and do during your stay.

Walk up the steps to the front door and enter into a bright and modern hallway with a door to a lovely double bedroom on the immediate left. On the right, you'll find a spacious lounge, which offers a wood burning stove, comfy seating and big French doors that open onto the outdoor decking, allowing plenty of natural sunlight inside. Into the kitchen/diner, guests will appreciate the well-equipped space offering all the essentials to whip up a delicious meal during their holiday. A utility room is very handy for storing walking shoes and boots in after a day exploring the great outdoors. A big bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and separate power shower completes the ground floor. Moving upstairs; choose between one of two bedrooms: a king with wall mounted flat screen TV or a big twin bedroom with a cot. A shower room with WC, wash hand basin and power shower also exists on this level of the property.

During the warmer months, the front garden is a wonderful place to while away long evenings and watch the world go by. The garden furniture offers plenty of seating to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the morning and the lockable shed is an ideal unit to store bikes.
