This is a wonderful holiday house. It is spacious, very comfortable and furnished and equipped to a very high standard, the beds and bedding like a good hotel. It is hard to think how the house could be better. We were specially grateful to Neil, who supplied us with delicious venison, more wood for the fire and advice about the area. The views froRead morem the house are superb as are the hill walking and more gentle walks around the loch. Hide

Great time there. Extremely clean and well looked after. fully equipped. two suggestions: 1- provision of a fire pit for having fire outside 2- A gazebo for the back garden, as its mostly raining so we can still enjoy the weather - couldn't be better if its fly/midgets proof/ netted.

We had a very happy week at Coulin Farmhouse with our grown up children. The house was perfect and had every thing we needed. The gravel driveway was slow but in good condition and no problem at all. We did a couple of great walks from the house and very successful day trips to Applecross and Diabaig. Excellent lunch spots in both places. The house was the perfect place to stay. It's not only located in a beautiful spot but it also offers all amentities we could hope for. Communication with the caretaker went well and he gave us some useful tips. It's only a pity we only stayed for three days (or rather two) days. Definitely a place to visit again!
