This three-bedroom single-storey property enjoys a wonderful location from which to explore the peaceful countryside, tranquil lochs and remote islands of this magical part of Scotland.

Bound by Loch Linnhe to the south and Loch Creran to the west, the popular village of Port Appin offers fabulous countryside walks and cycle paths to suit all ages and abilities. Discover the romantic ruins of Castle Stalker as you cross the unusual Jubilee Bridge over the salt marsh of Loch Laich. Wind your way down the track from the property to the beautiful sea loch where you can while away the hours searching for interesting pebbles and shells, spy on sunbathing seals and maybe even spot a golden eagle soaring above your head. Sample some of the local delicacies in picturesque Oban (17.5 miles) or further afield, activate the adrenalin at Fort William (28 miles) where activities such as kayaking, climbing and quad biking can be found.

Enjoying a tucked-away location, drive down the quiet country lane and pull up on your private driveway. Step through the front door into the spacious entry hall with plenty of room to leave walking boots and coats. Full of natural light from the two sets of patio doors, your lounge is a wonderful space to relax in. Sink into one of the plump sofas and enjoy the uninterrupted views across the countryside or relax with a family film or your favourite TV programme. Rustle up some locally sourced produce in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.
