Located in the charming fishing village of Anstruther, those who love an outdoor and adventurous holiday will feel immediately at home with its adorable shops, pubs and even an award-winning fish and chip shop. From here, you will have great access to the Fife Coastal Walk which has stunning views all along it, as well as some beautiful stop-offs in the fishing villages of East Neuk. Nearby St Andrews is particularly popular with keen golfers, and it also offers other sporting opportunities such as riding and sailboarding.

This charming seaside property has been immaculately finished throughout to give it a modern feel, whilst still having the charm of a quaint cottage. Entering the side of the property from the street, you will arrive into the spacious and beautifully finished kitchen/dining area. With a stylish island and wonderfully traditional AGA, this space is great for sociable evenings with everyone, cooking up a feast for all to enjoy. Many of the rooms in this property are set on different levels, which adds even more charisma to this beautiful space - one of these rooms is the spacious sitting room which is the perfect spot for some after-dinner games or for when you want to finish a good book on a rainy afternoon. On the first floor are two of the twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite as well as one family bathroom, which are all very well finished with luxurious touches throughout. Heading up to the second floor, you will find the final bedroom: the master with en-suite bathroom with a beautiful large walk-in shower.

Completing the offering at this gorgeous property is a lovely terrace area, which is accessed from the sitting room on the mezzanine. Spaced over various different levels, just like the interior of the property, you can flit from sunbathing on one to dining on another, to catching some peace and quiet away from the rest of the party somewhere else. Outside, there are also a few outbuildings where bikes, golf clubs and other equipment can be stored during your stay.

A lovely spacious and clean holiday cottage, well equipped for all your needs. More comfortable mattresses and a double/king size bed in main bedroom on top floor would have been preferred.

Excellent home, suited our requirements, a three generation family using the home as a base to visit the surrounding area. Plenty of space, extremely comfortable, in walking distance to many eateries.
