Set within verdant, mature gardens, this sizeable Scottish holiday home overlooks the River Deveron and is an excellent base for fishing, walking and enjoying the very best of Aberdeenshire.

Enjoy the natural beauty of this riverside holiday home which sleeps up to 13 guests. Spend quality time together in its calm and sophisticated accommodation. Walk beside the water and make the most of the opportunity to fish in one of the country's finest salmon rivers. Pull on your walking boots and head out for long walks across the countryside. Drive approximately 10 miles to the coast to take in some stunning coastal scenery and to experience the area's beautiful beaches. Visit pretty fishing villages, historic castles and whisky distilleries all close to the property.

Gaze out across the garden and river as soon as you wake up in the morning. All of your eight bedrooms are on the first floor and capture the wonderful surrounding scenery. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom while the remaining seven bedrooms share four family bathrooms. The main living accommodation is all at ground-floor level. Light the open fire in the lounge on chilly evenings and step out into the garden from here on balmy nights. Gather together to watch TV or a DVD or to plan your outdoor activities for the next day. Prepare delicious meals in the recently refitted kitchen and serve it up at the table in the dining room. The holiday home also has a useful utility room and even a fishing rod room.

Outside, spend as much time as possible in your beautiful private garden whenever the weather permits, where there's garden furniture and games like croquet, swingball and tennis to amuse the whole family.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
