Completing the cottage is the shared family bathroom with WC and with shower over the bath.

This traditional cottage is very cosy and well kitted out in beautiful wooded surroundings. In the Winter, guests need to be prepared to bring bottled water in case of freezing or that the water may need boiling; and that the steep drive may be icy for cars to go up. But if are well prepared this winter wonderland getaway is well worth the effort.

This is a delightful quirky property which reminded me very much of my grandparents' cottage in the country. You need to be prepared to accept that part of its charm is that it is dated but that very much appealed to me and my friend. Do take some bird food with you. You will be well rewarded.

Would recommend a stay in this homely cottage. You get used to the quirks of the water supply system. Cheapest place to buy bottled water was the co op in Pitlochry at 1.50p for 5 litres.
