Two twin bedrooms which are zip and link can be found off the hallway, both of which offer a calming place to sleep and plenty of space to store clothes. A shared bathroom contains a WC and shower over bath.

One of the best holiday locations I have stayed in. Perfect location, well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of firewood for the burner. If I was in that neck of the woods again Kinloch Cottage would be the first place Id look for availability.

If you like isolation, wonderful scenery and away from it all, then this is for you. A very cosy cottage, warm and inviting with extremely welcoming hosts on the Estate. We will be back!

Kinloch Cottage is in a stunning, remote location. The heating works well and a log burner in the sitting room is a bonus. There is a new comfortable three piece reclining suite in the sitting room and the carpet looked very new too. You need to bring everything with you for cooking including salt, pepper and oil. The kitchen is well equipped for sRead moreelf catering and has a large fridge freezer. We loved the walking, the deer and other wildlife close by. It was a fabulous week (despite the weather!) Hide
