With sea views and a secret path to the beach plus large airy rooms and a pretty garden, this fantastic seaside house is the perfect place for that long-awaited get-together.

This fantastic light and airy property sleeping eight is just 150 metres from Coldingham Bay, a strip of sandy beach with a cafe and great rock pooling at low tide. Travelling north along the Berwickshire Coastal Path and less than a mile away is the pretty fishing village of St Abbs providing fantastic views from the dramatic rocky headland and a wide range of seabirds to spot.

For a longer stroll, Eyemouth is 3 miles away, where you can discover the secrets of the smugglers at Gunsdown House, or take a boat trip to spot dolphins in the bay. For more local history, wander through the atmospheric ruins of Coldingham Priory, a mile away, before enjoying refreshments at one of the village pubs. Inside, the property is simply stunning. T

Entering the bright and airy hallway, you'll find a beautiful chequerboard floor that is the perfect welcome.
