Surrounded by the rugged scenery of Scottish mountains and wild hills, this property is a true escape to nature. Within 300 metres you can walk to the bank of Loch Stack and enjoy canoeing and fishing for trout. By prior arrangement, you can even fish for salmon in the River Laxford. Explore the area by foot or by bike; keen walkers will enjoy hiking Ben Stack, Arkle, Meall Horn and Saval More, all accessible within 10 miles of the home. Whilst on your travels, be sure to keep an eye out for local wildlife including eagles, deer, otters and Highland cattle. Be sure to stock up before heading home as your nearest food shop is 10.5 miles away.

Immediately impressive, the entrance hall boasts unique wooden furniture and stone flagged floors, along with plenty of space to hang coats up to dry. All 13 of you will find space to relax in the property's three lounge areas. First up is a formal drawing room with regal antique furnishings and a warming open fire. Grab one of the many books and curl up in an armchair with stunning loch views. The second of these is a smaller sitting room which also boasts views of the loch, and the third room is a more casual sitting room with Sky TV and DVD player. Like any good country house, the property boasts a large farmhouse kitchen with an abundance of space to cook, dine and socialise. Cook traditionally on a large four-oven Aga, making use of the large double door fridge/freezer, microwave and two dishwashers. A cold room, ideal for storing in bulk for longer stays, and a chest freezer in case you catch anything on the hunting/fishing excursions. The dining room boasts beautiful views and a large oval table, as well as open fire for enjoying cosy evening meals mid-winter. Find a drying room for muddy boots with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a handy WC. Two of the home's seven bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, both of which can be twins or king. One with en-suite with WC, bath and shower. Five further bedrooms can be accessed on the first floor. You'll find two king size zip and link bedrooms with ensuites (handheld shower over bath, WC) one king size zip and link with ensuite shower, bath and WC, and a king-size/ twin with en-suite (handheld shower over bath, WC).
