Immerse yourself in the open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge area, with long windows on all sides offering different glorious elevated views. Plan the day's activities over coffee on the balcony overlooking the loch, or sip wine here on ample outdoor seating as the sun sets over unspoilt scenery reaching the mountains. Cook a slap-up meal in the fine slate-floored kitchen and dine overlooking the countryside. At the end of a long day, avail yourself of the well-stocked bookshelves and read on comfy sofas by the wood burner. This was a present for my parents birthday and worth every penny. Even though only the 2 of us stayed it has more than enough space for the 5 people it would hold. It's very equipped with everything you'd ever need for your stay just bring your own food. This is a beautifully restored cottage, tastefully designed to make the most of the features of the old chapel. Its lovely and warm and inviting with the wood stove lit.

This was our fifth visit, such is the quality of the Wee Free Chapel. It is beautiful both internally and externally and has all the equipment youd want for self catering. The location is perfect and theres lots to do on the doorstep. The owners couldnt be more helpful. Definitely recommend.

Had a lovely week in a gorgeous house. The views were amazing from The Chapel . Well quipped , clean, warm and a very comfy bed ! Beautifully renovated spacious property - wanted for nothing and very well equipped. VERY comfortable bed. Quite a remote area- but we like remote Scotland. Local store near Kames was well provisioned and about 10-15 minutes away. Watch out for deer moving at dusk along the road to the Chapel from Kames. We had our honeymoon at this beautiful Chapel and love every minute and everything, the location is fantastic, sunsets to die for a real home from home feel. It's an amazing place to stay and will return many times.

The Chapel was incredibly well appointed with everything you need for a very comfortable home away from home stay. It was a lovely touch to have the photo book showing the full restoration of the chapel, you can really feel that love has gone into this place. Would highly recommend.

Lovely position. On a quiet B road, just across a field from Loch Fyne. Veranda to sit at to watch the sun go down and the ever changing Scottish weather. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of books to keep you occupied if "just looking" is not your thing. Nearest small shop is about 8 miles away in Kames so make sure you don't forget anything! A really fantastic house, well equipped. Great quiet location with a nice pebble beach 15 mins away. We were there for the heatwave so the house was extremely hot - everywhere was. So it was a bit hard to get comfortable. We spent most time in the kitchen as it was the darkest and coolest area. Sadly the second bedroom lacked a blind or curtain on Read moreone window so the room was far too bright at bedtime and our 5 year old struggled with that every night. Plenty of space in the Chapel. We found the bed and seating comfortable. Large kitchen space with very useful utility room. Lucky with the weather which enhanced the views with great sunsets. The cottage is beautiful; its bright and airy and well designed to showcase the interior and previous use as a church. The views are stunning and a delight to wake up to each morning.
