Spread out in the lounge, which is divided into two areas, allowing some people to settle down in front of the TV, while others read or play music in the piano room. Enjoy the additional space offered by the study, as well as the conservatory, where you can relax by the glow of the wood burner on chilly nights. Find two separate WCs at this level too and all your bedroom and bathroom accommodation on the two floors above. Five bedrooms, all with hand basins are on the first floor, together with a family bathroom and a family shower room. A further four bedrooms, including a generous family room, are on the floor above. These also all enjoy hand basins and have access to a family bathroom and a family shower room on the second floor.

Challenge your party to a game of croquet in your exquisite garden or arrange an outdoor table tennis match for all your guests. Watch the children on the play area and light your two BBQs on balmy evenings then cook dinner in the fresh air. Wander through your wooded area or play games on the lawn. This is a delightful house for a big group . Very helpful owners. Comfy beds with lovely bedding. Great dining room and we really enjoyed the conservatory. Great location for exploring the delightful village of Nethy Bridge, Loch Garten, the Cairngorms and North to the coast. We hope to return!

We had a lovely week in The Grey House, located just outside Nethy Bridge. The traditionally decorated home housed all 13 of us comfortably and has lots of outdoor space to enjoy, along with fantastic forest walks literally 20 yards from your back door. The Nethy Bridge cafe just down the road is excellent and we enjoyed a pint or two in the publicRead more bar of the hotel. Hide

The Grey House is a wonderful place for a large family gathering. It is welcoming and is well equipped for a large number of people, with a good dining room for everyone to gather and lots of sitting areas for different activities. There is easy access to woodland tracks for walking and cycling . We enjoyed watching the birds and spotting red squirRead morerels from the window. The croquet was good fun and our little ones enjoyed the climbing apparatus , swing and little house in the garden. Hide

Ideal situation to explore surrounding areas, not too far from any of the tourist attractions. House is spacious with plenty of options to meet up or stay apart. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A more polite host would go a long way. We found the abrupt manner put a dampener on an otherwise lovely few days. There were several rooms that had dead flies/insects in it which was a little off-putting. The house is large and well equipped and in a picturesque location. It is very suitable for large groups.
