Overall the location albeit a bit off the beaten track was amazing! Old but charming, could do with a bit more updating but I think in time this may happen. We loved the AGA in the kitchen and because of the heat from it we all gravitated towards this room. The children loved it too...

We had a wonderful 2 nights in The Whitehouse, and really made use of the brilliantly equipped kitchen, the log fire in the drawing room and the very comfortable beds.
